At Halifax Watch Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact to ensure a full refund.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
